My name is Heather Nash and I create things. I create graphic, web, and multimedia sensations. My mind is constantly creating ideas, dreams, and possibilities. I work hard to realize these creations. I live, laugh, and love - mostly in regards to advertising, design, and entertainment. I believe creativity is not a state of mind; instead the mind is a state of creation. I am proud to be constantly evolving into a wiser and more creative person through hands on experience and keen observation.
I don't like to fail and I don't fail often. I'm not suggesting I'm infallible because I believe without some failure, we cannot succeed. While I'm not a fast runner, I use my mind and perseverance to get ahead of the competition. Yes, I am competitive. Don't confuse this with a cutthroat attitude. I am a team player and I don't mind being a leader. I love a good challenge every day - it makes life much more interesting. I will go as far to say I thrive in a challenging environment.
My background is diverse, ranging everywhere from running movie projectors at the cinema (I was a pro!), retail, and being a superb boss at a video rental store. I live and learn from everything around me. All this has made me realize my most profitable trait: high spatial intelligence. When I start a project, I see the big picture from the start and through each step of the process, I keep my eye on the prize (though I'm not one to find new catchphrases). This trait is what gives me an edge in that which I do now, and the projects I take on in the future. I'm always reaching for the top.
I'm ready to shift to a higher gear and stick my head out the window. I'm ready to change the way consumers see the world. I'm looking for someone with the same vision. I hope that's you and I hope you're looking for someone fearless, someone who doesn't believe in regrets. I'm here to live in the moment and at this moment I want to join you in creating a more colorful world of designs, multimedia, and advertising.
I love to learn. Currently I am taking accredited online classes that involve graphic design, web design, and interactive media design. These courses have included Typography, Color Theory, Image Manipulation, Project Management, Interactive Authoring (Flash), Audio & Video basics (Premiere), and Web Design Management.
Along with learning, I like to take on new adventures. At a young age I discovered I have some talent in most skills and activities I take a shot at - martial arts, tennis, bowling, musical instruments, singing, finding my way in new places, troubleshooting industrial movie projector equipment, retail management, and the list goes on.

Since my higher education curriculum of advertising and marketing classes, I am more in tune with advertising. I see it all around me. I want to officially become a part of the creation of advertising. I have the desire and potential to equal greatness in this industry.
Over the past year I have done graphic design and assisted with internet marketing services for a print shop, Designer Graphics. I have created and edited graphic art and logos to be ready for a variety of screen printed products. I have completed many hours of research for websites including SEO and marketing trends. I have assisted in launching new and rebuilding websites which includes some HTML & CSS coding and webpage screen design. I have also helped design social marketing page ads for placement within Facebook and Twitter.
I am a fast learner - I listen well and that which isn't said, I don't mind learning through trial and error. Now all I need is for you to give me a chance. With me, you're not putting all your eggs in one basket or all your chips on one bet. I'm the real deal...the next big thing and I just might be the future rockstar of your company. I'm willing to relocate - my only condition is that I see snow every year. My dog, a Siberian Husky, would appreciate that too.
